Citrus Glazed Chicken

Juice from 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime, 1/2 orange
Lawry's seasoning salt
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can apricots, peeled
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
dash of Nutmeg
1 can black beans
2 cups cooked rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in baking dish. Cover with juice from lemon, lime, and orange. Sprinkle seasoning salt over chicken. Baked covered for 30 minutes.

While chicken is baking, puree apricots in blender or food processor. Heat apricots, brown sugar, and a dash of nutmeg until boiling. Reduce heat and let simmer 5 minutes.

Pour apricot mixture over cooked chicken and return to oven (uncovered) for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve with the side of warm black beans and rice.
