I love salmon and my daughter seems to as well which is good because she is not a big 'meat' eater. I have heard that not many one-year-olds are. I like to make marinades or glazes for my salmon. It is best if the salmon can marinade in the glaze for several hours while being refrigerated.

1/2 cup orange juice
2TBS honey

Glaze #2
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TBS sesame oil
2 TBS maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp ginger

Glaze #3
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
red pepper flakes, sprinkle over top of fish
