Fried Fish

In an effort it get my daughter to eat tilapia I tried frying it. My husband and I loved it, but my daughter still wouldn't eat it. Strange that she will eat salmon but not tilapia.

Here's the recipe basics.

4 pieces of tilapia, rinsed
shallow dish of soy milk (could use water or other milk product)
shallow dish of fish fry or bread crumbs

Heat fry pan on medium high heat. Cover bottom of pan with 1/8th inch of olive oil. Dip each piece of fish in soy milk and then into bread crumbs making sure to cover well. Once hot, fry fish for 4-5 minutes per side. Should be crispy and golden brown.
