Turkey Meatballs

This recipe is similar to my turkey meatloaf recipe. My husband and I had them with marinara sauce in sub sandwiches. My daughter eats them plain. The neat thing is that they freeze well and I can microwave 1-2 at a time for a quick protein option for my daughter's lunch or dinner.

1lb ground turkey
1/2 cup oatmeal (helps with binding, alternative to 1 egg)
2TBS ketchup
1TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp seasoning salt

Mix ingredients well and roll into small balls. Fry over medium high heat until done.

I like to mix chopped frozen spinach into my turkey meatballs. I copied it from Rachael Ray's florentine meatball recipe.
