Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

While on my elimination diet, coconut milk yogurt has been my one indulgence. I love it! Here is a simple treat that I came up with using the yogurt.

1 container coconut milk yogurt, any flavor
approximately 1 cup of granola (Cascadian Farm Organic granola is dairy, soy, and wheat free)
1 banana or 1 cup frozen berries or both

Layer the coconut yogurt, granola, and fruit in alternating layers.
I used blueberry yogurt, banana, and frozen mixed berries in mine.

Can be served immediately or put it in the fridge for a snack for later.

Serves 2.
