Again, I would like to reiterate that a baby cannot be allergic to it's mothers milk. A baby is allergic to foreign proteins present in it's mother's milk (ie. cow's milk protein, wheat, eggs, etc). Also, a baby is not lactose intolerant. It is more likely that the baby has a food allergy or due to foremilk/hindmilk imbalance.
